Job summary

Lumotive seeks a dynamic Director of North America Sales to lead and grow our business across the region. Based in Burnaby, BC or Milpitas, CA, you will own the regional revenue plan, build relationships with module makers, OEMs, ODMs, and system integrators, and convert design-in opportunities into high-volume production.

You will combine technical fluency with market knowledge and commercial leadership to shape Lumotive’s go-to-market strategy in one of the most important markets for 3D

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of technical sales or BD in semiconductors or related fields.
• Proven NA-wide sales leadership and ramp-to-production track record.
• Strong network with module makers, OEMs, distributors, and system integrators in North America.
• Excellent negotiation and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute NA sales strategies and annual revenue plans.
• Build pipeline of design-win opportunities from first contact to mass production.
• Manage executive relationships with customers and partners across the region.
• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing and development engagements.
• Provide market insights to inform product roadmaps and strategy.
• Represent Lumotive at trade shows and customer meetings.
