Job summary

Lumilens Inc. is seeking a Director Product Line Management (Co Packaging Optical Solution) to own the technical vision for its optical products.

You will work with a multi-disciplinary team and contract manufacturers to meet objectives, instill quality, and drive continuous improvement from concept to volume production. You will lead cross-functional effort across Photonics Design, HW, Packaging, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, Product Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure robust development

Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Physics, Materials Science, or related field, or equivalent experience in photonics reliability engineering.
• Experience with optical hardware, silicon photonics, lasers, and optical transceivers; strong knowledge of device physics and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of product development program across development teams for high-speed optical networks.
• Coordinate with photonics design, HW, packaging, manufacturing, QA, product marketing, and supply chain to ensure robust product development and transfer to production.
• Manage manufacturing partners to ensure design activities and tests are completed before launch (DV, reliability, compliance).
• Prepare technical reviews, reliability reports, and risk assessments for internal and customer engagements.
