Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics.
• Experience in semiconductor/electronic components industry, ideally with exposure to optical sensors and application-driven business development.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex sensor portfolios with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills; credibility with engineers, buyers and management.
• Willingness to travel regionally and globally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop regional growth opportunities across priority applications and IOS sensor portfolio.
• Drive end-customer engagements for design-in and design-win opportunities with Sales and technical teams.
• Collaborate with regional marketing and global Product Lines to align needs and priorities.
• Conduct regular growth reviews with Sales to align priorities and accelerate actions.
• Manage the regional opportunity funnel with transparency and escalation where needed.
• Develop Mass Market business with distributors and reps and enable partners.
• Capture market trends and competitive insights to inform portfolio positioning.
