Qualifications

• Strong ability to discuss sensor portfolios with customers and translate technical findings into business opportunities.
• Experience in semiconductor or electronic components industry is required or highly desirable.
• Proven ability to identify regional growth opportunities and drive revenue through channel partners and direct engagements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop regional growth opportunities across priority applications and IOS sensor portfolio.
• Drive end-customer engagements for must-win design-in and design-win opportunities with Sales and technical teams.
• Collaborate with regional marketing and global Product Lines to align customer needs and execution.
• Conduct regular growth reviews with Sales to align priorities and actions.
• Manage the regional opportunity funnel with transparency and prioritization.
• Develop Mass Market business with distributors and reps through enablement and joint engagement.
• Capture market trends and competitive insights to inform portfolio positioning and go-to-market.
