The role emphasizes developing talent, enforcing commercial excellence, and aligning strategies with the VP of Business Development to accelerate market expansion and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in packaging, manufacturing, industrial, or related industries.
• Proven success leading regional or national sales organizations with growth and retention.
• Experience building high-performing commercial teams and executive relationships.
• Experience in matrixed, customer-centric organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Liquibox North America Core Sales across a $175MM portfolio.
• Drive customer retention, account expansion, and regional growth initiatives.
• Develop regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with VP of Business Development to coordinate growth priorities and market expansion.
• Support pricing, forecasting, and commercial execution.
