Qualifications

• Eight or more years of multi-unit retail leadership with distributed field team.
• Experience leading through an RSM or DM layer is required.
• Premium or specialty retail background with focus on the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the regional sales and operations teams to drive performance and standards.
• Own operational excellence across all stores, including standards and rhythms.
• Drive training and customer experience to embed brand standards and service behaviors.
• Manage labor productivity with staffing models and scheduling discipline.
• Champion sales performance through operational rigor and coaching.
• Lead new store openings with a scalable operational playbook.
• Translate field realities into strategic decisions with HQ alignment.
