Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking a Reliability Engineer to improve asset reliability, maintainability, and food safety integrity across the facility. You will lead failure elimination, PM optimization, and life-cycle management while partnering with Operations, Maintenance, FSQ, and Engineering to reduce downtime and improve MTBF.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis (MTBF, MTTR, OEE), RCA/FMEA, and predictive maintenance, with direct impact on asset health and product safety in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
3+ years manufacturing reliability experience.
Experience leading root cause investigations (RCA).
Experience with PM optimization and reliability metrics.
FMEA, RC M and CMMS systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead asset reliability management for critical manufacturing assets.
Perform RCA and FMEA to prevent repeat failures and optimize PMs.
Develop and maintain asset criticality rankings and risk-based strategies.
Partner with FSQ for Equipment-Based FSQ prevention program.
Support startup excellence and capital planning with reliability focus.
