Job summary

Greif, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Reliability Engineer to develop and execute asset-management strategies across manufacturing facilities. You will lead RCFA, PM, and PdM programs, analyze performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve asset reliability and productivity.

The role requires a technical bachelor’s degree and 4–8 years in manufacturing or reliability engineering, with experience in automated equipment and industrial controls preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required.
• Typically 4–8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, process or reliability engineering.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and industrial control systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute reliability and asset management strategies for manufacturing facilities.
• Lead RCFA, PM, and PdM programs to improve equipment performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
• Manage condition monitoring technologies and KPI tracking (OEE, MTBF, MTTR).
• Support capital projects and lifecycle asset management to improve reliability.
