Job summary

ICL Specialty Products Inc. in St. Louis, MO, seeks a North America Regional Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain activities from planning to delivery. You will mature the S&OP/IBP processes and drive regional performance, inventory strategies, and risk management.

You’ll lead a multi-site team, partner with IT for a digital roadmap, and collaborate globally to optimize the network and cost efficiency. Strong leadership, analytics, and SAP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Engineering; Masters preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive Supply Chain experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven ability to develop and improve business processes and systems.
• Strong IT skills with ERP (SAP) and planning systems (SAP APO/SAP IBP).
• Demonstrated project management experience with competing priorities.
• Experience leading end-to-end supply chain transformation in a complex organization.
• Strong S&OP / IBP experience including financial integration and executive interface.
• Proven inventory optimization and working capital management expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management; strong communication.
• Decision-making skills with data-driven problem solving and teamwork.
• Ability to operate effectively in a global matrix organization.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North American Supply Chain organization; set strategy and objectives.
• Establish end-to-end performance management across planning, inventory, and logistics.
• Collaborate with IT and process owners on a digital supply chain roadmap.
• Oversee regional logistics and drive cost savings through optimization.
• Partner with global teams to optimize the network and interfaces.
• Define SLAs and processes for sales, planning, procurement, and customer service.
• Develop and implement S&OP processes including demand, production, and material planning.
• Own regional inventory strategy and target setting; manage obsolescence and working capital.
• Establish risk management and resilience frameworks for regional supply chain.
• Promote adoption of analytics, automation, and AI-backed decision making.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards; support M&A activities.
