Wellbore Integrity Solutions (WIS) seeks a Regional Supply Chain Manager for the NAM region based in Houston, TX. You will translate global strategy into regional execution, overseeing procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and supplier management to ensure reliable product availability and optimized cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain, business, engineering or related field.
• Minimum eight years of progressive supply chain experience with regional or multi-country scope.
• Experience leading end-to-end supply chain functions incl. procurement, logistics, inventory, warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of trade, customs, and import/export compliance in multiple markets.
• ERP proficiency (Oracle E-Business Suite preferred) and spend analytics.
• Proven track record delivering cost savings and working-capital improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations across the NAM region (Houston-based).
• Execute regional sourcing and procurement aligned with global category strategies; manage supplier relationships.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, freight, customs clearance, and compliance across NAM markets.
• Drive cost savings and working-capital initiatives, including inventory optimization and terms improvements.
• Ensure on-time product availability to support field operations and customers.
• Forecast demand and align regional supply plans with operations and finance.
• Manage supplier performance/risk via scorecards and reviews.
• Implement governance, procurement policy, and delegation-of-authority controls across the region.
• Develop and report regional supply chain KPIs (inventory turns, OTIF, landed cost).
• Lead, develop, and mentor regional supply chain staff.
