The role partners with Global Operations and cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, governance, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years in operations or project management, with strong stakeholder management and a track record of improving processes in a client-facing

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS and 5–7 years of experience in Operations or Project Management.
• Experience in client-facing agency/consulting roles or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day North America operations and ensure SLAs and governance.
• Drive DAM governance, content delivery, and workflow efficiency.
• Foster client engagement, platform adoption, and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee account delivery, reporting, and continuous improvement programs.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
