Job summary

ICP is seeking a Manager, NA Regional Lead & Account Operations to lead day-to-day delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of the North America Region. You will ensure digital assets are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with SLAs, while partnering with clients, agencies, and cross‑functional teams.

You will guide DAM adoption, provide training, and drive operational excellence across engagement, reporting, and delivery processes to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in Operations or Project Management, marketing operations and technology, digital commerce and/or creative technologies.
• Experience in a client‑facing agency or consulting role is highly valued.
• Strong governance, reporting, and process improvement skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for the North America Region, ensuring assets and content are delivered accurately and on time.
• Oversee DAM workflows, governance, and system usage to optimize content delivery.
• Drive client engagement, platform adoption, and stakeholder communications.
• Establish operational processes, risk management, and escalation handling.
• Provide actionable reporting and support continuous improvement initiatives.
