Job summary

ICP is a global leader in Content Operations with offices in Atlanta and other major cities. We are seeking a Manager, NA Regional Lead & Account Operations to oversee DAM governance, client engagement, and delivery across the North America region.

You will partner with the Global Operations Director to align processes with SLAs and drive continuous improvement. Requires a BA/BS and 5–7 years in Operations or related fields, with client-facing experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5–7 years' experience in Operations or Project Management, marketing operations and technology, digital commerce and/or creative technologies or a related field, including a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a client-facing agency or consulting role.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational leadership for North America Region, ensuring DAM delivery, governance, and SLA alignment.
• Oversee operational processes, documentation, and reporting; manage risks and resource constraints.
• Drive platform adoption, client engagement, and proactive stakeholder communication.
• Own reporting for the North America Region and support continuous improvement of workflows and governance.
