Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is hiring a Digital Asset Enablement Manager, North America, in an office-based role across NY, Franklin TN, and Creve Coeur MO. You will govern the DAM platform, define asset specs with agencies, and collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure compliant, high-quality assets across NA markets.

You will lead metadata design, manage ingestion, and optimize searchability while driving SOPs and training for internal teams and partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise DAM administration experience in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Deep metadata design, taxonomy hierarchies, naming methodologies, and DRM knowledge.
• Technical literacy on RAW, PSD, vector, codecs, aspect ratios, localized audio tracks.
• Proven ability to set technical asset specs with brand/creative teams early.
• Strong written and verbal communication; can navigate platform challenges.
• Structured project management across regional/global/partner brands.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud workflows.

Responsibilities

• DAM Platform Administration & Governance: manage NA DAM platform structure and ops.
• Early-Lifecycle Guardrails: enforce technical specs for briefs and asset delivery.
• Stakeholder Alignment: coordinate with Mars, Royal Canin Global, and NA teams.
• Technical Asset Validation & Ingestion: QA, validate, and load assets; SOP compliance.
• Platform Advocacy: support teams, fix issues, guide agencies through needs.
• Data Accuracy & Optimization: audit metadata, taxonomy, and access controls.
• Training & Compliance Enablement: create SOPs and conduct internal trainings.
• Agency Deliverables Resource: be point of contact for agencies on handoffs.
