Job summary

OSI Group is seeking a Payroll Manager to own North American payroll in a complex manufacturing and union-driven environment. You will lead a seasoned team, partner with HR and Benefits, and drive automation across UKG/UltiPro and related systems as acquisitions integrate.

The role requires strong technical judgment, process improvement mindset, and a track record of managing payroll across multiple states and entities.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of payroll experience preferred.
• Experience in multistate payroll including expatriate processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with UKG/Ultipro and SAP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct complete payroll processing across North America.
• Lead payroll department for North America business unit.
• Ensure timely, accurate payroll and compliance with regulations.
• Evaluate payroll against benchmarks; propose future changes.
• Review and approve exempt/non-exempt payroll; correct errors.
