Job summary

The Head of Finance Business Partnering & FP&A, North America, is a senior finance leader based at our Princeton, NJ headquarters. This role manages 10 reports and guides all financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for North America within a flexible hybrid model.

Reporting to the NA CFO, you’ll partner with the North America President and executive leadership to deliver strategic insight, support major initiatives, and drive value creation across the region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within a complex, global organization.
• Significant experience leading financial planning and analysis, finance business partnering, performance management, and strategic planning functions.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives and influencing business strategy and operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership: serve as a trusted advisor to the North America President, CFO, and Leadership Team, providing financial leadership and strategic guidance.
• Financial Planning: lead all North America planning processes, including Strategic Plans, Annual Budget, Targets, Mid-Year Forecasts, Latest Estimates, Long Range Plans, and Rolling Forecasts.
• Performance Management: continuously monitor performance against expectations, proactively identifying variances, risks, and corrective actions.
• Executive Reporting & Decision Support: lead preparation of financial updates and business performance materials for North America and Global leadership teams.
• Investor Relations & External Engagement: serve as the primary finance partner for Investor Relations activities supporting North America.
• Leadership & Organizational Development: lead and develop a high-performing Finance Business Partnering and FP&A organization across the US and India (dotted line).

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business Admin
