Job summary

Aon is seeking a senior FP&A professional to lead the annual operating plan, forecasts, and long-range planning for North America AGRC. You will translate performance data into actionable insights for leadership.

You will partner with controllership, workforce planning, and regional teams to develop business cases, allocate resources, and drive improved forecasting, reporting, and decision support. The role offers a hybrid work model in the US with a comprehensive benefits package and eligible

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, controllership, or business-unit finance.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and convert financial analysis into clear recommendations.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, revenue/expense drivers, accruals, allocations, and operating margin.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership.
• High degree of judgment, ownership, curiosity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan, forecasts, and long-range planning for North America AGRC.
• Develop revenue, salary, operating expense, and operating income outlooks based on performance and business drivers.
• Partner with AGRC leaders to evaluate forecast risks and opportunities and translate them into actions.
• Maintain bridges between actual results, forecast, operating plan, and prior-year performance.
• Assess timing and financial impact of growth investments and staffing changes.
