Job summary

On is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis for the Americas in New York City. You will lead planning, forecasting, and reporting to empower executive decision-making, reporting to the CFO of the Americas and serving on the Regional Finance Leadership team.

The role requires a numbers-driven, process-oriented leader with 10+ years in FP&A or related fields and 6+ years of people leadership. You will shape financial strategy for a fast-growing consumer goods business and collaborate

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A, financial controlling, or corporate finance.
• Experience in footwear/apparel or consumer goods helpful.
• 6+ years of dedicated people leadership.
• Expertise in orchestrating budgeting and planning aligning strategy with targets.
• Autonomous execution and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong stakeholder influence and relationship management.
• Advanced financial modeling and BI skills (Looker) and budgeting tools (Anaplan).

Responsibilities

• Own long-range planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting for the Americas.
• Consolidate regional FP&A and deliver executive P&L insights.
• Translate data into actionable business insights for decision-makers.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risk and growth.
• Drive cross-functional finance initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.
