Job summary
ON.com LLC in New York, NY, is seeking a Head of FP&A for the Americas to drive long-range planning, budgeting, and quarterly forecasts for Net Sales and SG&A. You will report to the CFO of the Americas and guide executive decision-making with consolidated regional plans and insightful P&L summaries.
You will build and mentor a high-performing team of Financial Analysts, translate data into strategic business insights, and lead cross-functional finance initiatives in a dynamic consumer goods
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- MBA or CPA/CMA highly preferred.
- 10+ years of FP&A, financial controlling, or corporate finance experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive long-range planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting for Net Sales and SG&A.
- Consolidate regional plans and deliver P&L and financial summaries for executives.
- Interpret monthly results and translate variances into actionable insights.
- Lead and mentor a team of Financial Analysts.
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risk and growth.
- Lead key finance initiatives and cross-functional projects.
