Trulioo is seeking an experienced Director of Enterprise Sales to lead and scale our NA Enterprise AE team. You will own the complete revenue motion, from new-logo acquisition to expansion, while driving strategic account planning and multi-threaded deal execution across North America.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in B2B sales management, a track record of hiring and ramping high-growth teams, and a proven ability to close large, complex enterprise deals.

• 6+ years of B2B sales management experience.
• Proven track record of hiring, ramping, and scaling enterprise sales teams.
• Experience closing large, complex enterprise deals.
• Strong ability to build executive-level relationships and drive account growth.
• Comfortable operating in an AI-forward sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Enterprise Account Executive team across North America.
• Own full revenue motion from new logos to expansion with pipeline, deals, forecasting, and close.
• Coach AEs on deal strategy, multi-threaded opportunities, and complex sales cycles.
• Drive AI-powered tools adoption to improve pipeline accuracy and productivity.
• Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to support pipeline generation and renewals.
• Develop a strategic NA Enterprise plan with clear KPIs, targets, and timelines.
