You will translate portfolio strategy into market-ready propositions and drive cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Technology, and Partnerships. You will lead market insights, develop business cases, and influence roadmaps to ensure regional needs are met while aligning with global capabilities.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in payments, financial technology, enterprise commerce, or a comparable regulated technology market.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of North American payments, including the United States and Canada.
• Demonstrated ability to convert market and customer insight into strategy and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a North America proposition strategy that reflects US and Canadian market requirements.
• Translate market opportunities and customer needs into proposition requirements and business cases.
• Influence roadmaps and connect dependencies across acquiring, gateways, value-added services, and partner capabilities.
• Own market-facing proposition readiness from value proposition to sales enablement and launch alignment.
• Monitor proposition performance and market feedback to drive optimization and growth actions.
