Job summary

Copado is seeking a Sr Director, Demand Generation for North America to lead the field marketing and events engine, shaping regional demand programs and a revenue-focused GTM. You will partner with Sales, PMM, Enablement, and the Digital team to drive pipeline across Enterprise and Commercial segments.

You will oversee a multi-channel strategy, tie events to qualified pipeline, and optimize campaigns with AI-driven insights, ensuring ROI and alignment with Copado's AgentOps narrative.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience focused on demand generation and field marketing.
• Proven leadership of field marketing and events teams with ROI responsibility.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, PMM, and Product.
• Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North America field marketing and events team, defining strategy, calendar, and budget.
• Architect multi-channel demand generation programs for NA Enterprise and Commercial audiences.
• Collaborate with central Digital to localize campaigns and anchor regional messaging.
• Coordinate pre/post-event outreach with BDR/SDR to convert attendance into pipeline.
• Drive regional GTM framework and partner with Sales, Enablement, PMM for revenue outcomes.
• Develop co-marketing with partners (Salesforce, SI partners) to expand pipeline.
• Track regional marketing metrics: pipeline, ROI, CPL, and costs per lead.
• Leverage AI analytics to optimize content resonance and lead quality.
