Job summary

Evvy is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join the Operations team in New York. You will own day-to-day customer support, resolve complex issues, and elevate the end-to-end customer journey from kit ordering to results and retesting.

The ideal candidate is early in their career, customer-centric, tech-savvy, and process-oriented, with 1–3 years in customer experience or operations and strong written communication. This role offers growth in a fast-moving, mission-driven healthcare startup.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer experience, operations, or related startup environment.
• Strong triage judgment and prioritization skills.
• Clear, empathetic written communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, high‑quality support via email and chat with a first-response target under 24 hours.
• Monitor delivery, lab turnaround, and results, providing proactive updates to customers.
• Help scale the care team by refining SOPs, documentation, and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with offshore CX agents, 3PL, and lab partners to resolve fulfillment issues.
