Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Sr. Epic MyChart Analyst to join the Clinical Applications team in a fully remote capacity, supporting nine hospitals and numerous outpatient sites. The role requires Epic MyChart certification and expert knowledge to optimize workflows, implement projects, and maintain operations.

You will partner with clinical, operational, and IT teams, design and test MyChart solutions, lead upgrades, and support patient engagement technologies across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analyst supporting Epic MyChart/MyCare functionality across the organization.
• Design, build, configure, test, implement, and support MyChart solutions and enhancements.
• Lead and participate in application-related projects, upgrades, optimizations, and new functionality deployments.
• Analyze business and clinical workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with operational leaders, providers, clinical staff, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Investigate and resolve escalated application issues, defects, and customer concerns.
• Support change requests and system enhancements in governance processes.
• Participate in application testing, upgrade validation, and release management activities.
• Maintain system documentation, workflows, build specifications, and support procedures.
• Support patient-facing digital initiatives and adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with Ambulatory, Cadence, and other Epic application teams.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and operational support for MyChart and related patient engagement technologies.
• Participate in on-call support and operational coverage as required.

Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Sr.Epic MyChart Analyst to join the Clinical Applications team. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert for Epic MyChart (MyCare) and will support a large, complex healthcare environment consisting of nine hospitals and hundreds of outpatient locations.

The ideal candidate will be Epic MyChart certified and capable of immediately contributing to application support, optimization initiatives, project implementation, workflow enhancements, and operational maintenance activities. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analyst supporting Epic MyChart/MyCare functionality across the organization.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
