DEPT OF TRANSPORTATION in Avondale seeks a Customer Service Unit Supervisor to lead CSRs at an MVD office, delivering DL, T&R, voter registration, and identity services while ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

You will assign staff, handle performance reviews, conduct training, and coordinate disciplinary actions; you may drive a state vehicle and must meet pre-employment requirements including driver license checks and E-Verify.

Competenze

• Experience supervising customer-service staff or public-facing teams.
• Ability to apply laws, policies, and procedures to daily operations.
• Knowledge of personnel management and disciplinary processes.
