Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, training, and performance management.

The role requires ensuring compliance with statutes and policies, coordinating resources, and handling disciplinary actions with management support.

Qualificações

• Experience supervising CSRs in a state government setting or high-visibility public service environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise CSRs delivering DL/T&R services; provide training, direction, staffing, and performance reviews.
• Oversee daily operations using MVD tech and CPU; handle difficult customer service situations.
• Prepare reports on customer service activities and office production; participate in audits and special projects.
