Job summary

State of Arizona ADOT is seeking Customer Service Representatives at the Avondale location. The roles cover licensing, titling, testing, and permits in a local MVD field office. • Ability to apply customer service principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions and perform data entry and record review.
• Administer testing and vehicle inspections as required.
• Capture customer data for credential eligibility/issuance.
• Assist in process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
