Job summary

Arizona Department of Transportation is seeking a Customer Service Unit Supervisor in Avondale, AZ. This role provides direct supervision to CSRs at an MVD Field Office, handling DL, T&R, voter registration and related services.

You will address day-to-day operations, adjust staff and resources, and coordinate training, disciplinary actions, and contacts with the media as needed. The position requires knowledge of applicable laws and procedures, strong communication and staff management skills,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Division goals, policies and procedures.
• Experience in personnel management and public relations.
• Ability to apply statutes and procedures to identity documents for driver licenses and IDs.
• Experience handling staff scheduling and training coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CSRs handling vehicle title/registration and driver license services.
• Provide training, direction, staffing oversight and performance reviews.
• Prepare reports and audits of customer service activities and office production.
