• Responds to questions and inquiries via telephone, mail, or in-person from SOK customers and/or Licensed Operators (LO's).
• Performs MV transactions including processing titles, lien titles, transfer-on-death requests, and related duties.
• Reviews applications, verifies documents, and maintains accurate records; conducts DL transactions and related testing procedures.
