Upgrade Resources is seeking a skilled Medium Voltage Technician for on-site work in Houston, TX. The role focuses on MV distribution (5kV–25kV), motor controls, PLCs, and UPS/generator installations, with client-facing responsibilities and supervision of a small crew when required.

The position is full-time, on-site, with a compensation range of $48.00–$52.00 per hour plus overtime. A Texas Master/Journeyman license and clean driving record are required.

Formación

• Texas Master or Journeyman Electrician license required.
• Hands-on MV installation, termination, and testing experience.
• Strong industrial troubleshooting in power distribution, motor controls, and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Install and terminate MV (5kV–25kV) systems and perform HiPot tests.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems on site.
• Troubleshoot and install motor control systems and PLCs.
• Install UPS systems and standby generators as needed.
• Lead small crew on larger service and installation jobs.
• Provide responsive client-facing service and maintain safe job sites.
