RMS Energy Co, LLC is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to lead testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems across the U.S. This role involves hands-on work with a range of voltage equipment and offers the opportunity to mentor junior technicians while ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.

Ideal candidates will have over 7 years of experience, strong knowledge of MV/HV systems, and the ability to manage diverse priorities with minimal supervision. The position also includes substantial travel and offers a supportive workplace focused on safety and career growth.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of hands-on experience in the power industry, including P&C systems.
• Strong knowledge of substation equipment and MV/HV breakers.
• Comfortable managing shifting priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced testing, commissioning, and maintenance on LV–HV equipment.
• Perform diagnostics using various testing equipment.
• Supervise field crews and ensure project compliance.
