Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating with external bodies such as UL/IEEE or standard bodies.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations between Schneider design engineering and outside testing laboratories to maximize test plan value.
• Guide and train engineering staff in understanding requirements to maintain product Listings.
• Represent Schneider Electric by serving on external standards bodies such as IEEE.
• Develop and implement simplification plans to improve processes, reduce complexity, and increase efficiency.
• Operate effectively in ambiguous environments, using data and regulatory knowledge to inform decisions.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to gather insights and align priorities.
