Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in conformity assessment or engineering leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required; advanced degree a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations between design engineering and external testing laboratories to maximize test plan value.
• Guide and train engineering staff on requirements to maintain product Listings.
• Represent Schneider Electric with external standards bodies such as IEEE; participate in committees.
