Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a Conformity Assessment Engineer handling medium voltage products. You will coordinate between engineering and external bodies (UL, IEEE) and support Listings.

The role covers multiple products and requires leadership across cross-functional teams in the US and Spain, reporting to External Affairs, Conformity Assessment. The position emphasizes product creation experience, agile or program leadership优势, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations between Schneider design engineering and outside testing laboratories.
• Guide and train engineering staff in understanding requirements to maintain product Listings.
• Prioritize across multiple products and projects, balancing priorities with external constraints.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure project delivery.
• Represent Schneider Electric with external standards bodies such as IEEE.
• Develop and implement plans to simplify processes and increase efficiency.
• Operate effectively in ambiguous environments using data and regulatory knowledge.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain transparency.
• Lead and execute complex, cross-functional initiatives with ownership.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and hands-on execution abilities.
