Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with external bodies (e.g., UL).

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations between Schneider design engineering and outside testing laboratories.
• Guide and train engineering staff in understanding requirements to maintain listings.
• Coordinate between engineering and external bodies such as IEEE/UL.
• Prioritize across multiple products and projects to balance priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and delivery.
• Represent Schneider Electric with external standards bodies and committees.
• Develop and implement simplification plans to reduce complexity and boost efficiency.
• Operate effectively in ambiguous environments using data and regulatory knowledge.
