Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking an Electrical Technician to operate and maintain plant electrical systems at our power generation facility. You will work hands-on across medium-voltage equipment up to 34.8 kV, performing switching, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance in a high-reliability plant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years maintaining industrial or power generation electrical systems.
• Journeyman electrician license or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plant electrical systems up to 13.5 kV and 34.8 kV.
• Perform switching, isolation, LOTO, and restoration of MV equipment.
• Troubleshoot faults using diagrams and test equipment.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to improve reliability.
• Support plant startups, outages, and commissioning activities.
• Install and terminate plant electrical wiring and enclosures.
• Document work orders and switching records accurately.
• Adhere to safety, arc-flash, and PPE requirements.
