Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions LLC is seeking an Operations Specialist (Mutual Funds) to support daily custody and clearing ops with mutual funds focus. You will coordinate transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure regulatory compliance in a collaborative team.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. FINRA licenses are expected, with potential for growth in a hybrid office setting across major offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in the financial industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business Admin or equivalent).
• FINRA SIE and FINRA Series 99 required (Series 7 preferred).
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders is a plus.
• Financial services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily customer service for mutual fund correspondents and inquiries.
• Perform supervisory oversight and update seniors/management on progress.
• Execute and validate mutual fund transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Reconcile mutual fund accounts daily and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist in regulatory reporting and audits; stay updated on rules.
