Responsibilities

• Enter mutual fund trade instructions into the Global Plus custody system and manage related wires.
• Balance daily cash activity and reconcile records with brokerage statements.
• Process mutual fund corporate actions and perform quality checks within service timelines.
• Confirm trades via Fund/SERV and monitor settlements through NSCC; resolve issues.
• Validate mutual fund activity from broker statements and research discrepancies.
• Support daily operations by managing shared mailboxes, updating procedures, and testing upgrades.
