Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior compliance leader to manage a team of administrators supporting investment funds. You’ll oversee SEC filings, fund expenses, and Board reporting, and coordinate with service providers to ensure regulatory compliance.

You’ll be the primary contact for fund clients and regulators, building strong relationships and guiding day-to-day operations. A Bachelor's in accounting/finance, CPA (or candidate), and 8+ years in mutual fund administration are required.

• CPA certification or candidate status required.
• 8+ years of mutual fund administration or related field.
