Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA certification or candidate.
• Eight or more years of experience in Mutual Fund Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of compliance administrators overseeing SEC regulatory filings and financial statements.
• Manages fund expenses and coordinates Board reporting.
• Serves as primary contact for fund clients and regulatory agencies.
• Ensures activities comply with state, federal, and SEC requirements.
