Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a supervisor to lead a team of administrators handling accounting, administration and investor servicing for investment companies and advisers. You will act as trusted advisor, assess changing business needs and drive process improvements.

The role requires daily work at a U.S. Bank location and strong knowledge of portfolio accounting, office software, and communications. CPA or CFA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years in the alternative investments industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team providing accounting, administration and investor servicing.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients and assess changing business needs and growth strategies.
• Identify risk-related issues and implement mitigating solutions.
• Review accounting and financial statements for audits and tax reviews; set up accounting principles for unusual investments.
• Set up and process complex expense and incentive fee calculations and reconciliation items.
