Qualifications

• Education: Customer service experience in financial services, preferably in investments/mutual funds or banking.
• Expertise: Understanding of mutual fund structures, pricing mechanisms, and regulatory guidelines.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with financial databases, transaction platforms, and CRM systems.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a proven ability to de-escalate sensitive client matters.
• Licensing: Willingness to obtain FINRA Series 6 or 7 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for complex inquiries regarding fund performance, account balances, and investment policies.
• Transaction Execution: Accurately process account setups, exchanges, redemptions, and daily maintenance requests.
• Complex Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve Net Asset Value (NAV) discrepancies, settlement exceptions, and operational edge cases.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Fund Accounting, Custody, and Transfer Agency teams to keep operations seamless.
• Risk & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to SEC, FINRA, and internal risk controls.
