Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions LLC in Dallas, TX seeks an Operations Specialist (Mutual Funds) to support daily mutual fund custody and clearing activities, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with fund companies, transfer agents, clients, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.

The role requires 2–3 years in financial services, FINRA SIE (Series 99 preferred or willing to obtain within 90 days), and strong analytical and collaboration skills in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is required.
• FINRA SIE certification is required or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• FINRA Series 99 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of mutual fund custody and clearing.
• Coordinate with fund companies, transfer agents, clients, and internal teams.
• Execute and process mutual fund transactions and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide timely responses and maintain detailed records for audits.
