Job summary

Music Celebrations International is seeking a Sales - Tour Consultant for a full-time, on-site role in Tempe, AZ. You will design tailored performance tours and festival experiences, consulting with music directors, ensemble leaders, and other clients to meet their needs.

Responsibilities include sales outreach, inquiry responses, itinerary advice, proposal and pricing preparation, and guiding clients through the booking process with a strong focus on service and results.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing abilities, including communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with travel consulting, sales, account management, or travel planning is preferred.
• Proficiency with standard office software and CRM or sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales outreach to music directors, ensemble leaders, and clients to design tailored performance tours and festival experiences.
• Respond to inquiries and advise on destinations and itineraries; prepare proposals and pricing.
• Guide clients through each step of the booking process and ensure a smooth customer experience from initial contact through post-tour follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to confirm tour details and maintain accuracy.
