Job summary

School of Rock Omaha is seeking a Studio Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative support and deliver outstanding customer service to students and families. You will help manage attendance, scheduling, and communications while maintaining a welcoming, organized environment.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in tours, enrollment, and events, helping grow the school’s community. A positive energy and professional demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Front Desk, Reception or Customer Service.
• Excellent customer service and relationship skills.
• Experience with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations, opening/closing, attendance, and maintaining a clean, professional school environment.
• Handle scheduling and manage phone/email communications using multiple software platforms daily.
• Provide top-quality customer service—greeting students and parents and resolving concerns.
• Ensure a safe experience by adherence to conduct and safety policies.
• Tour prospective families and enroll new students to support growth.
• Assist with marketing and maintaining the school's social media presence.
