Job Description

Northwest School of Music is seeking a fun and professional part-time staff member to help administer our music school. This is a temporary role for July and August 2025. The staff member will serve as the primary point of contact for students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth daily operations.

The expected time commitment is weekday afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Primary responsibilities include:

1. Greeting students and ensuring teachers stay on schedule
2. Responding to scheduling-related calls and emails from students and families
3. Managing student schedules with teachers
4. Performing general administrative tasks as needed

The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and customer-service oriented. An interest in music and music education is a plus.

Interviews will be held in late May and early June, with training beginning in July.

Pay will be based on experience. A 401(k) with company matching is available after 3 months of employment.
