Job summary

School of Rock Palos Verdes is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead one of the world’s largest School of Rock locations. The role blends front-desk leadership with studio operations, creating a fast-paced, highly relational environment.

You’ll supervise front desk and instructors, manage scheduling and staffing, and ensure a standout experience for students and families while driving enrollment and retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management, business operations, or comparable leadership experience.
• Moves with urgency and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Notices problems before someone has to point them out.
• Takes ownership and follows things all the way through.
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leads confidently while still jumping in alongside the team.
• Connects easily with parents, students, instructors, and staff.
