Boston School of Music Arts is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to be the first point of contact for families across in-person, phone, email and text channels. You will handle scheduling, program information, student registrations and welcoming families, while maintaining a polished space and delivering a positive experience.

Join a supportive team as you assist with events and general admin duties, with afternoon/evening/weekend availability in Dorchester and Randolph locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• At least 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles (restaurants, hospitality, or retail).
• Competent with Google office products, email, calendar management and CRM software.
• Fluent/competent in English, both spoken and written.
• Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Vietnamese a plus.
• Very organized and detail-oriented.
• Available to work afternoons, evenings and weekends.
• No college degree required.
• No previous music school admin experience required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact in-person, by phone, email and text with families.
• Handle scheduling, program information, student registrations and welcomes.
• Maintain space presentation and communicate with families for a positive experience.
• Support major performance events with details and guest coordination.
• May perform other admin duties and projects as assigned.
