Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a music major.
• Must complete three background clearances (PA Criminal Background, Child Abuse History, and FBI Fingerprinting).
• Able to work at least 4 hours per week.
• Able to work with faculty and staff.

Responsibilities

• Process auditions and send confirmation emails.
• Send audition and recruitment event reminder emails.
• Send Mailchimp emails to Slate contacts (5 per semester).
• Monitor Outlook and answer audition and recruitment event questions.
• Coordinate and manage recruitment events and materials.
• Maintain social media for Tell School of Music and write content for posts and emails.
