Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the production executive's calendar, scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, secure spaces, and distribute materials.
• Serve as primary scheduling and administrative contact for the Production executive.
• Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
• Track deadlines and milestones to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain trackers, calendars, and department documentation with high accuracy.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes; handle confidential information professionally.
• Anticipate needs and support other team members across projects.
